Nov. 1

David Conrad Blumenshein, 31. 2 counts 1st degree assault reduced charge felony harassment, unlawful firearm possession 2 nd degree. Good time release is Dec. 26, 2023 at 5:30 a.m.

Samuel Marcus Leeper, 21. Driving under the influence. Good time release is Nov. 2 at 6:30 p.m.

Bryce Allen McFarland, 29, possession with intent to deliver. McFarland is being held on a $50,000 bond or $5,000 cash bail through Superior Court.

Cecelia Blanca Flores 19, DUI. $500 bond or $500 cash bail through Whitman County District.

Nov. 3

John Michael Montejano, 33. Federal violation. Held without bail through Federal Court.

Dale Robert Willard, 54. Attempt to elude police. Obstructing. $200,000 bond or $20,000 cash bail Whitman County Superior Court.

Nov. 4

Apollo Baptiste Lawyer, 31. Idaho Commission of parole violation, warrant. Held without bail through other court.

Nov. 5

Richelle Anne Jones, 41. Assault 2nd degree strangulation, domestic violence, assault 4th degree, and theft 2nd degree. Held on a $20,000 bond or $2,000 cash bail through Whitman County Superior Court.
