ASOTIN — The Colfax Bulldogs competed in their second cross country meet of the season Saturday, Sept. 16. The Bulldogs competed in the Les MacDowell Invite at Asotin high school.

There were two other Whitman County teams who had athletes compete in the Invite. Both St. John-Endicott-LaCrosse (SJEL) and Colton sent athletes to Asotin for the meet.

On the girls side, the overall winner was Shahad Akasha from Pullman high school. She ran the five km race in 19:06 to win. Gabby Rabaiotti placed 44th overall after she ran her race in 26:26. Queenie Mayer of Colfax finished 63rd overall with h...
