COLFAX—The Whitman County Jail reported the following individuals booked from Sept 10- Sept 17

Sept. 12

Antwan Lavell Morning, 40, assault 2nd degree and 4th degree, harassment. Morning is being held without bail through Superior Court.

Sept. 13

Johnathon Orland Smith, 43, burglary 1st degree, and two counts of assault 2nd and 4th. Smith is being held without bail through Superior Court.

Lucas Everett Welch, 42, protection order violation. Welch is being held without bail through Superior Court.

Sept. 14

Maxwell James Smith, 22, residential burglary, and assault 4th degree. Smith is being held without bail through Superior Court.

Jody Edward Dykes, 25, 2 counts of knowingly possessing controlled substance, and driving with license suspended in the third. Dykes is being held on a $1,250 bond or $1,250 cash bail through District Court.

Ethan Wayne Nash, 31, unlawful imprisonment, assault in the 4th, and obstructing a law enforcement officer. Nash is being held on a $20,000 bond or $2,000 cash bail through Superior Court.

Sept. 15

Michael John Montejano, 32, federal violation. Montejano is being held without bail through Federal Court.

Miguel Angel Sanchez, 31, federal violation. Sanchez is being held without bail through Federal Court.

Sept. 16

Christina Joyce Atiyeh, 57, residential burglary, and malicious mischief 3rd degree. Atiyeh is being held without bail through Superior Court.

Sept. 17

Joshua Samson Siolo, 23, unlawful display of a weapon. Siolo is being held without bail through other court.

Sept. 18

Gracie Christine D. Dansereau, 21, assault of child 1st degree. Dansereau is being held without bail through Garfield county court.
