August 22

Andrew Michael Arland, 37, driving under the influence. Arland is being held on a $10,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through Whitman County District Court.

Aug. 23

Robert Eugene Ladd, 40, no contact order violation. Ladd is being held on a $550 bond or $550 cash bail through Asotin County District Court.

Aug. 25

Ian Lee Moseley, 33, robbery and assault. Moseley is being held on a $5,000 bond or $500 cash bail through Whitman County Superior Court.
