COLFAX — Four conservation and fishing groups, including Columbia Riverkeeper, Idaho Rivers United, Idaho Conservation League, and the Northwest Sportfishing Industry Association, have announced their intention to file a lawsuit over the issue of elevated water temperatures in the Snake River.
