COLFAX — The Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), shut down Colfax Paul’s Place Assisted Living, 907 South Mill Street, Monday, July 24.
DSHS Media Relations Manager Jessica Nelson stated that they are investigating complaints made at the facility and cannot go into more detail during the process.
“As soon as we heard of the complaint, we ordered a stop placement,” Nelson said, adding that they (DSHS) had moved all residents to alternate housing on Wednesday.
