Swim teams compete in first two events of summer

COLFAX - The Colfax swim team began their summer swim season with two meets over the week.
The first meet took place Tuesday, July 11, where Colfax took on Pullman and Garfield-Palouse-Oakesdale-Plummer (GPOP) at the Palouse Pool. On Thursday, July 13, Colfax hosted Pomeroy and GPOP.
The July 11 meet saw the Pullman Barracudas win both the boys and girls meets to take the overall victory, scoring 601.5 points total. Colfax swim team took second after they combined for 363.5 points.
GPOP totaled 250 points combined from the boys and girls teams.
