Debate on school's eligibility for .09 Fund

COLFAX — Whitman County Commissioners met and discussed the newest applicant to the 2023 Whitman County Development Funds, also known as the .09 Funds.
This is the first time a school has applied for the funds, which generally are distributed to public facility projects or developments concerning the counties, cities, towns, ports, libraries, and economic development organizations.
