Spokane woman pleads guilty to drug possession

COLFAX — On Friday, May 5, in a Superior Court hearing, Nicole Simmons, 31, of Spokane, pled guilty to possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver and was sentenced to 20 months maximum in prison by Whitman County Superior Court Judge Gary Libey.

Deputies arrested Simmons near Tekoa in a stolen truck from Palouse in January.

Simmons had tens of thousands of dollars in drugs, according to reports.
