Palouse City Public Works asks residents to clear water meter

 


PALOUSE — The City of Palouse Public Works requires all residents to have clear access to their water meters.

Public works require removing any parked vehicles, overgrown plants, yard debris, animal waste, and construction materials that prevent meter readers and maintenance crews from doing their jobs.

Residents should keep bushes and grass trimmed to the edge of the meter box, remove all branches hanging lower than six feet over the box, and keep everything off the meter box, including cars, trash cans, and recycling bins.
