Men plead guilty in Superior Court

 


COLFAX — David Feeder, 36, of Spokane, and Brunshay Miller, 35, of Atlanta, pled guilty to trying to cash a forged check at Umpqua bank on April 18, in Pullman Friday, April 28, reports say.

Superior Judge Gary Libey sentenced the men in Whitman County Superior Court, following the recommendations agreed to by both the prosecutor’s office and defense attorneys.

According to reports, Feeder pled guilty to felony forgery, having tried to cash a forged check for over $3,000. His sentence included drug treatment and a year of probation.
