Megabus partners with Northwestern Stage Lines

COLFAX — The bus company Megabus has announced a new partnership with Northwestern Stage Lines, a private transportation company in the Northwest United States, which will service many locations including Colfax and Ritzville.

The Ritzville stop location is at 1503 Smittys Boulevard, stated Megabus Director of Marketing Meghan O’Hare.

The Colfax stop location is at 610 South Main Street.

The partnership will allow for expanded service options.

They are currently selling tickets between Colfax and cities in Idaho, including Boise, Cascade, Cottonwood, Craigmont, Donnelly, Grangeville, Horseshoe Bend, Lewiston, McCall, Moscow, New Meadows, Riggins, and White Bird.

O’Hare further stated that the cities in Washington would be Pullman and Spokane.

Service locations for Ritzville include Everett, Leavenworth, Monroe, Moses Lake, Quincy, Seattle, Skykomish, Spokane, Tacoma, and Wenatchee, O’Hare stated.

Colfax Mayor Jim Retzer stated that added transportation opportunities for people to leave and get to Colfax is an excellent opportunity.

“That would be great for the community,” he said.
