Palouse Health Center reopened

PALOUSE — Palouse Health Center opened its Clinic to patients on April 11, 2023, at its new location, 305 East Main Street, Suite 102.

Formerly located at 235 East Main Street, the Clinic closed on February 27, 2023, to move across the street to a new facility shared with State Bank.

“We’re so excited to finally be in our new location and open to the public,” said Palouse Health Center Clinic Manager Sharlee Terhaar, adding that the move into the newly-remodeled building affords them double the space of the old building.

“We’ll be able to see more patients and continue to provide care to the community of Palouse and the surrounding area,” she said.

Physician assistants-certified Jen Davis and Teresa Cargill see patients during the Clinic’s regular hours on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

“We’ll be able to see more patients, and that’s wonderful to provide more access to Family medicine,” Director of External Relations Alison Weigley said.

Weigley explained that the Clinic would have an open house in June due to a couple more providers who will join the team.

Weigley stated that it’s essential for the Palouse Health Center to support the community of Palouse. The Center wants to help businesses, as well as their patients.

“We’re looking forward to working with Palouse Caboose to get customers coupons to patients that see us within the first months,” she said.

Palouse Heath Center is a secondary location for Pullman Family Medicine and a Pullman Regional Hospital Clinic Network member.

“We provide annuals, wellness visits, Child Healthcare, primary healthcare for all stages of life and all ages,” Weigley said, noting that includes everything from an annual appointment to when a child gets sick.
