PALOUSE - The Garfield-Palouse Distinguished Young Women program will host their showcase, themed "Making Waves," Sunday, March 26, in the Garfield School Auditorium, located at 810 3rd street, at 4 p.m.
This year's program includes high school juniors Emma Orfe, Ainsley Sievers, Ella Cuellar, and Rayona Turner.
Over $7,500 is set to be awarded this year, through local scholarships and a number of college-granted scholarships offered throughout the United States.
