• Paul Riley Hurt, was found guilty of DUI. Therefore the defendant is sentenced t o 364 days of jail, with 363 suspended, and a fine of $1,000. Defendant must serve 1 day in jail. Unsuspended jail of 1 day may be converted to 15 days of EHM. Defendant has a fines totaling $1,411.03 due by Jan. 31, 2025.
