Whitman County Libraries host laptop giveaway

COLFAX—The Whitman County Library is giving away a laptop through their digital navigation services.

Applicant must be 18 or older, and live within Whitman County excluding Pullman. Recipients are determined based on need and income level. Those who wish to apply can submit a physical application to their library branch. Only one laptop per household....
