Jailani Jacinta Kutsuru, a girl, was born Feb. 21, 2023 to parents Jairus Kutsuru Ondiege, and Cythia Kavulani Onzere, of Spokane. She weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces. Paternal Grandparents are Haggai A. Ondiege (deceased,) and Askah B. Ondiege, of Kenya. Maternal Grandparents are George A. Onzere, and Jacinta A. Onzere, of Kenya. Jailani joins brothers Cyril, 11, Jabari, 4, and sister Askah, 8, at home.

Izabella Milan Marie Peelor, a girl, was born to parents Shawn Peelor and Taeler Krous, of Pullman. She weighed 5 pounds, 15 ounces. Paternal Grandparents are Jami and Shayne Dean, of Moscow.

Bowen Oliver Bechtel, a boy, was born Feb. 22, 2023 to parents Bryson and Amanda Bechtel, of Moscow, Idaho. She weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces. Paternal Grandparents are Twyla Leiske Bechtel, and Stanley Bechtel, of College Place. Maternal Grandparents are Robert and Connie Taylor, of Vale, Oregon.
