COLFAX—Former Pullman businessman Victor Hudak was sentenced the maximum sentence of life in prison with the earliest possible release after 68 months in his sentencing hearing Friday, Feb. 17 in Whitman County Superior Court.

Hudak was convicted of child molestation in the first degree on Jan. 18, 2023, by a jury of Whitman County residents. In order to be released the Intermediate Sentencing Review Board will determine if he has been rehabilitated, and whether he poses an ongoing threat to the community, Senior Deputy Prosecutor Tessa Scholl stated in a press release from Feb. 17.
