County students make fall semester Dean's List

Student’s from the area make Dean’s Lists

COLFAX – Local students from around the county made the 2022 Fall Semester Dean’s List at several different universities and colleges, including Spokane Falls Community College (SFCC), and Spokane Community College (SCC).

To make the SFCC honor roll students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or above. The following Whitman County locals are listed for the fall semester:

Albion local Kallai Molsee, and Nathanael Zink made the honor roll. From Colfax Jessie Cook; Keith Harris; Caleb Krause; James Largent; Jeffrey Harwood; Tyler Menke; and Makaella Sears. From Diamond, William Hubert. From Garfield, Madison Cloninger; Elise Opheim; and Laynie Southern. From Oakesdale, Ryan Baljo, and from Palouse Blair Wilson.

From St. John Kimora Wheeler, Tekoa local Audra Kliewer both made the 2022 SFCC honor roll.

For students to make the SCC honor roll they have to have achieved a grade point average of 3.0 or above. The following students from Whitman County made the SCC honor roll:

From Colfax Calen Jarosch made the 2022 honor roll. From Pullman, Andrea Baker; Royal Coleman; Victoria Fisher; Treeva Laiacona; Elizabeth Wallace; and Alaina Wilmotte. From Rosalia, Chelsea Atchison and Amanda Douglas. Tekoa local Samantha Anderson, Genevieve McGregor of Hooper, and Krisah Plumb of Lamont.

Several students from the area also made the Dean’s Lists at their colleges and universities. At Springfield College in Massachusetts, Katheryn Johnson of Pullman completed the required minimum of 12 credit hours of graded coursework for the term, and a minimum grade average of 3.5 for the term.

Maria Jaiyeola, of Pullman made the Dean’s List at the University of North Georgia (UNG) for achieving at least a 3.5 grade point average, carrying 12 or more credit hours in one semester and having no grade lower than B.

Grace Dinges, of Pullman has been named to the Knox College Dean’s List of distinguished students by earning at least 2.5 credits in the term, with a grade point average of 3.6 or better on a 4.0 scale.

Anna Hildebrand of Colfax, was named to Southern New Hampshire University’s, Manchester NH, Fall 2022 President’s List, by earning a minimum grade-point average of 3.7 and above for the reporting term.
