COLFAX – The Whitman County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls from Jan.. 3 to Jan.. 9:
Jan. 3
7:29 a.m.- Hume Road, milepost 5, Oakesdale. The Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a non-injury accident.
8:39 a.m.- West Elizabeth Street, Tekoa. The Sheriff’s Office contacted a subject regarding a fraudulent charge on RP’s credit card.
12:41 p.m.- Wells Road, Rosalia. The Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of the theft of a check from a mailbox.
3:42 p.m.- 411 North Mill Street, Colfax. The Sheriff’s Office provided fingerprinting services for a subject.
4:39 p.m.- SR 195 and Gfeller Road, Colfax. The Sheriff’s Office assisted the WSP with a call.
5:20 p.m.- West Wall Street, Dream Works, Colfax. The Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle.

2:19 a.m.- West Church Street, Uniontown. Deputy responded to a report of a possible suicidal subject.
3:35 a.m.- South Crosby Street, Tekoa. Deputy received a report of a 911 hang up.
7:04 a.m.- SR 195, Colfax. Deputy received a report of a one vehicle rollover accident, the call was handled by the WSP.
8:51 a.m.- Whitman Street, Farmington. Deputy requested a case number.
9:17 a.m.- Wawawai Road, Colton. Deputy responded to a report of an unconscious person, one patient was transported to the hospital.
9:40 a.m.- 4th avenue, Pine City. Deputy requested a case number for an animal complaint.
10:32 a.m.- Broadway Street, Colton. Deputy requested a case number for the abandoned vehicle.
11:57 a.m.- SR 27, Farmington. Deputy received a report of a subject trespassing, and responded. The subject was trespassed from the property.
2:13 p.m.- Spokane Street, Lamont. Levi Allan Christenson, 28, was arrested for 4th degree domestic violence.
4:55 p.m.- SR 195, Pullman. Deputy responded to a welfare check, and the subject was okay.
5:26 p.m.- Old Moscow Road, Pullman. Deputy received a report of a vehicle driving down the middle of the roadway.
5:34 p.m.- Christian Road, Pullman. Deputy received a report of a vehicle driving all over the roadway, responded, and was unable to locate the vehicle.
7:56 p.m.- Sand Road, milepost 5, Pullman. Deputy requested a case number for a traffic violation.
8:33 p.m.- SR 270 milepost 4, Pullman. Deputy requested a case number for a traffic violation.
10:50 p.m.- SR 195 milepost 49, Colfax. Deputy requested a case number for DWLS.

11:11 a.m.- North Mill Street, Colfax. Officer requested a case number for fingerprints.
1:43 p.m.- Country Club Road, Pullman. Deputy received a report of fraud.
2:55 p.m.- Central Ferry Road, Pomeroy. Deputy received a report of a possible abandoned vehicle.
3:18 p.m.- Kitzmiller Road, Pullman. Deputy responded to a report of found property.
3:39 p.m.- SR 194, Pullman. Deputy requested a case for a CPS referral.
4:22 p.m.- West Adams Street, Garfield. Deputy received a report of a suspicious subject, responded, and was unable to locate the subject.
6:08 p.m.- SR 195 and Staley Road, Pullman. Deputy received a report of a radio that was stolen from a boat, and was assigned for investigation.
8:22 p.m.- West Adams Street, Garfield. Deputy received a request for contact, and contacted the reporting party.
11:46 p.m.- North Madison Street, Tekoa. Deputy received a report of a possible suicidal subject.

12:45 a.m.- North Madison Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to a 911 call for a suicidal person, and determined there was no emergency.
1:52 a.m.- North Madison Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to a 911 call, and determined there was no emergency.
7:03 a.m.- Sand Road, Pullman. Deputy responded to a hit and run accident, and all involved parties were contacted.
9:05 a.m.- Colfax Airport Road and Duncan Springs Road, Colfax. Adam J. Ruzicka, 39, out of Touchet was arrested for a traffic violation.
1:14 p.m.- SR 274, Tekoa. Deputy responded to assist the Benewah County Sheriff’s Office.
5:56 p.m.- Pullman Albion Road, Pullman. Deputy responded to a vehicle versus deer accident.
6:15 p.m.- Northwest Albion Drive and Whelan Road, Pullman. Deputy responded to assist the Pullman Police Department.
7:15 p.m.- Johnson Road, Pullman. Deputy responded to a one vehicle accident.
7:25 p.m.- Mud Flat Road and SR 26, LaCrosse. Deputy responded to a civil dispute.
8:50 p.m.- Southeast Sunny Mead Way, Pullman. Deputy requested a case for burglary.
11:01 p.m.- North Madison Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to a 911 call.
Jan. 7
3:30 a.m.- West Cooper Street, Colfax. Deputy responded to a welfare check, the subject was contacted and was fine.
6:53 a.m.- SR 195 and Bauer Road, Uniontown. Deputy, Fire, and EMS responded to a one vehicle roll over, there were no patient transports.
7:43 a.m.- Sand Road and Bursch Road, Pullman. Deputy Fire and EMS responded to a one vehicle slide off, there were no patient transports.
8:10 a.m.- Squaw Road and Gashous Road, Rosalia. Deputy responded to a report of an abandoned camper that was blocking the roadway. The vehicle was tagged, and removed from the roadway.
9:22 a.m.- Colfax Airport Road and Flight Line Drive, Colfax. Deputy responded to a disabled vehicle blocking the roadway.
10:49 a.m.- Sand Road and Johnson Road, Pullman. Jessie J. Hatcher, 40, of Moscow was cited and released for a traffic violation.
5:21 p.m.- Dry Creek Road, Colfax. Nicholas J. Bunch, 39, of Garfield was arrested for theft of an automobile.

3:03 a.m.- South Loomis Avenue, St. John. David C. Blumenshein, 30, of St. John was arrested for assault.
11:23 a.m.- SR 195, Pullman. Deputy responded to a welfare check.
2:51 p.m.- North Mill Street, Colfax. Deputy and EMS responded to a jail incident, and one inmate was transported to the hospital via ambulance.
7:11 p.m.- Pullman Albion Road, Pullman. Deputy responded to a report of a possible intoxicated driver.
10:06 p.m.- Nelson Road, Garfield. Deputy responded to assist the Moscow PD.
10:39 p.m.- North main Street, Albion. Deputy responded to a report of gunshot sounds in the area.

12:00 p.m.- North Ramsey Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to a report of a subject making suicidal statements.
12:29 p.m.- North Main Street and East Front Street, Albion. Deputy responded to a report of 2 dogs running at large in the area.
12:29 p.m.- B Street, Endicott. Deputy responded to a disorderly subject.
1:09 p.m.- SR 128, Clarkston. Deputy responded to a civil dispute over a vehicle.
