Dec. 21

4:02 p.m.- South Mill. Officer responded to an APS referral.

4:03 p.m.- South Mill. Officer advised of an APS referral.

6:37 p.m.- West Walla Walla Highway. Officer responded to a burglary alarm.

10:42 a.m.- South Mill Street. Officer responded to a civil call.

11:47 a.m.- South Mill Street. Officer responded to a trespassing complaint.

12:21 p.m.- South Main Street. Officer responded to civil standby agency assistance.

5:11 p.m.- East Canyon. Officer responded to a noise complaint.

11:34 p.m.- East Upper Avenue. Officer advised a disabled vehicle.

Dec. 24

10:55 a.m.- South Hillcrest Drive. Officer responded to disorderly conduct. Reporting car was approached by a male and hit with a shovel.

1:27 p.m.- Palouse River Scenic Drive. Officer advised of two vehicles trespassing on private property.

1:48 p.m.- East Canyon. Officer advised of harassment. Neighbor keeps turning off fuses in the fuse box.

1:57 p.m.- North Morton. Police, Fire and EMS responded to a welfare check.

5:05 p.m.- North Sumner. Reporting party reported water spraying from a building.

6:33 p.m.- West Fairview. Officer responded to a civil call.

Dec. 25

10:31 a.m.- North Lake. Lucas E. Welch was arrested on a welfare check.

2:39 p.m.- North Mill. Officer was contacted about a civil call.

7:36 p.m.- North Morton. Officer responded to a suspicious person/circumstance.

Dec. 27

9:25 a.m.- SR 195 and Cedar. Clifton D. Carlson was cited and released for driving with license suspended.

7:59 p.m.- North Main. Officer responded to a suspicious person/circumstance.

Dec. 28

9:24 a.m.- West Fairview. Officer advised of an abandoned 911 call from landline.

6:15 p.m.- North Main. Officer responded to the reporting party’s vehicle being hit.
