COLFAX — Whitman County District Court reported the following criminal conviction sentences from Dec. 2-13:

• Justin N. Jorgens, 40, resisting arrest. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, 60 suspended. Defendant must serve 30 days in jail, with credit for 20 days served. Fined a criminal concvition fee of $43. The defendant must have no criminal violations of law or alcohol-related infractions, and is ordered to serve 12 months supervised probation.
