Tekoa Library hosts Turkey Trot fundraiser

TEKOA— The Tekoa branch of the Whitman County Library is hosting its first annual Turkey Trot Thursday Nov. 24, 9 a.m. at the Trestle.
Everyone is invited to support the library. Participants can choose their own distance of one, three, or five miles. While supplies last there will be coffee, water, and snacks available at the library from 8 to 8:50 a.m. After which those participating will drive themselves to the starting point at the Trestle.
Those who participate must sign up at t he library by Wednesday, Nov. 23. Entries on the event date are also welcomed, and all donations will help...
