National Drug Take Back this Saturday

COLFAX– Substance Use Prevention Education and Resources (SUPER) is hosting a Drug Take Back Day Saturday, Oct. 29th in the Rosauers Parking lot, 632 North Main Street, near the old Cornerstone building from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The Colfax Police Department will be there during the event, in which attendees can turn in unneeded medications for safe disposal.

“Whitman County Health Department has provided us with a sharps disposal container for those with expired epi pens, insulin, and needles,” said community coordinator of Colfax SUPER Sara Golden.
