• Rosemary Lucille Appel, a girl, was born on Aug. 17 at 8:12 a.m., to parents Neil and Liz Appel of LaCrosse. She weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces, and was 21 inches long. Paternal Grandparents are Dick and Helen Appel of Endicott. Maternal Grandparents are Joe and Mary Beth Philipp of Kingwood, Texas. Rosemary joins four brothers, Josh, Isaac, John Paul, and Michael, and three sisters Noemie, Grace, and Charlotte, at home.
