There will be a public hearing on Monday, August 8, 2022, at 7:00 PM at City Hall, 201 C Street, Endicott to discuss the Town’s intent to file an application for federal financial assistance with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, rural Utilities Services.
