Osiel Alvarez Mendoza, 31, third-degree driving while license suspended or revoced and driving while under the influence. Held without bail through Whitman County District Court.

Scott David Gallina, 58, second-degree rape (indecent liberties).

July 8

Riley Quinn McLain, 20, second-degree voyeurism and disclosing intimate images.

Rachid Abdel Badini, 32, second-degree criminal trespass and obstructing a law enforcement officer. Bail set at $2,500.

Marcus Eugene Jaboson, 71, second-degree animal cruelty.

Anthony Paul Staples, 26, warrant for harassment-domestic violence.

Joseph Osias Robinett, 43, second-degree assault-domestic violence, fourth-degree assault-domestic violence and first-degree robbery-domestic violence. Bail set at $15,000.

Ashley Brooks Cunningham, 27, warrant for fourth-degree assault-domestic violence. Bail set at $500.

Douglas Wayne Martin, 61, second-degree dealing in depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, six counts of first-degree rape of a child, two counts of first-degree child molestation and two counts of second-degree child molestation. Bail set at $250,000.
