SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION – TERMINATION

STATE OF WASHINGTON TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN and TO:

The Father, Cody Bridge, and anyone else claiming a paternal interest regarding ANDREA BAIRD, DOB: 06/11/20, Termination Petition, Cause No. 22-7-00030-38, filed April 25, 2022; BRODY BRIDGE, DOB: 01/27/17, Termination Petition, Cause No. 22-7-00031-38, filed April 25, 2022; and BAILEY BRIDGE, DOB: 07/22/13, Termination Petition, Cause No. 22-7-00032-38, filed April 25, 2022.

A petition to terminate parental rights has been filed in the above court. A Fact-Finding hearing regarding this matter is set for August 4, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. at the Whitman County Superior Court. You are summoned and required to appear at the hearing on the date, time and place indicated above. You may also appear via telephone or via a Zoom link. If you choose to appear by phone or Zoom this must be done between 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM on the date noted above. THE HEARING WILL DETERMINE IF YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS TO YOUR CHILD ARE TERMINATED. IF YOU DO NOT APPEAR AT THE HEARING, THE COURT MAY ENTER AN ORDER IN YOUR ABSENCE TERMINATING YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS.
