The Department of Ecology will issue the Final Statewide General Permit

The Department of Ecology will issue the Final Statewide General Permit for Biosolids Management on June 15, 2022. The permit will be effective on July 15, 2022. The permit applies to all treatment works treating domestic sewage operating within state jurisdiction.
