COLFAX — The Whitman County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls between May 17-23:

May 17

8:10 a.m. – North Grand Ave and East Main Street; Pullman. Sheriff’s Office cited and released John Q. Lindsey for second-degree driving with a suspended/revoked license.

11:25 a.m. – Airport Complex North; Pullman Moscow Airport, Pullman. Sheriff’s Office requested an case number for security detail.

11:45 a.m. – Wawawai Road; Wawawai Park, Colton. Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious onject near Wawawai Park.

11:54 a.m. – Throop Street, Steptoe. Sheriff’s Office assisted another agency by delivering a message.

1:53 p.m. – Rock Springs Road and State Highway 26; LaCrosse. Sheriff’s Office arrested Cliff Heilman Mueller for fourth-degree assault, intimidating a witness, violation of a protection order, and harassment/threats to kill. He was booked into the Whitman County.

1:57 p.m. – 411 North Mill Street; Whitman County Sheriff, Colfax. Sheriff’s Office received an address change from a registered sex offender.

3:42 p.m. – State Highway 26 and Endicott Road; Turned on Endicott, Colfax. Sheriff’s Office received a report of a hit-and-run crash.

4:02 p.m. – North Madison Street; Tekoa Care Center, Tekoa. Sheriff’s office received a 911 hang up call. Determined to be no emergency.

5:30 p.m. – North Mill Street; Whitman County Sheriff, Colfax. Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a fight betweeen inmates in the jail.

5:39 p.m. – Endicott Road, Endicott.

6:57 p.m. – H Street, Endicott. Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of reporting person getting attacked by a neighbor’s dog while mowing his lawn.

May 18

7:28 a.m. – Fairbanks Road and State Highway 27; Tekoa. Deputy received a report of a dog with quills.

9:14 a.m. – State Highway 195, Pullman. Deputy assisted WSP with a two-vehicle collision.

11:30 a.m. – East Adams Street and South First Street; Farmington. Deputy received a report of a pig and a goat running at large.

4:00 p.m. – North Madison Street; Tekoa. Deputy requested a case number for an APS referral.

7:30 p.m. – Palouse Albion Road and State Highway 27; Palouse. Deputy responded to a report of a possible abandoned vehicle.

10:56 p.m. – Pullman Albion Road; Pullman. Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a threatening text message, deputy assigned for investigation.

May 19

6:10 a.m. – North Madison Street; Tekoa. Deputy received a report of a 911 hang up.

11:34 a.m. – North Broadway Street; Tekoa. Deputy received a requested for a welfare check, the deputy responded and the subject was okay.

11:50 a.m. – West McCoy Street; Oakesdale. Deputy requested a case number for DARE.

3:58 p.m. – South Whitman Avenue; LaCrosse. Deputy received a requested for a welfare check, the deputy responded and the subject was OK.

5:55 p.m. – Colfax. Deputy responded to a report of a domestic dispute, it was determined to be verbal only.

7:11 p.m. – Glenwood Road and Brose Road, Colfax. Deputy responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch.

7:58 p.m. – West Moreland Avenue, Malden. Deputy responded to a report of two suspicious vehicles.

May 20

4:44 a.m. – Sand Road; Pullman. Deputy responded for a welfare check. The subject was contacted and was fine.

11:27 a.m. – East Cannon Street; Palouse. Deputy responded for a welfare check. The subject was contacted and was fine.

1:51 p.m. – State Highway 27; Palouse. Deputy responded for a welfare check. The subject was contacted and was fine.

4:56 p.m. – South Main Street; Colfax. Deputy responded to assit the Colfax police.

4:58 p.m. – Wawawai Pullman Road and Union Flat Road; Colton. Deputy responded for a littering complaint.

5:50 p.m. – West Short Street; St. John. Deputy responded to contact a citizen with questions about obtaining a court order.

7:04 p.m. – Farmington Road and Seltice Road; Farmington. Deputy responded for a one vehicle accident. The driver was issued a citation.

May 21

1:59 p.m. – North Sumner Street; Colfax. Deputy assisted Colfax police with a welfare check. The subject was contacted and was fine.

May 22

9:10 a.m. – North Madison Street; Tekoa. Deputy responded for a welfare check. The subject was contacted and was fine.

10:12 a.m. – North Main Street; Colfax. Deputy requested a case.

4:08 p.m. – East Alder Street; Tekoa. Deputy responded for a report of suspicious subjects loitering in the area.

6:48 p.m. – North Crosby Street; Tekoa. Deputy responded for welfare check. The subject was contacted and was fine.

May 23

10:31 a.m. – North Mill Street; Whitman County Sheriff, Colfax. Deputy requested a case number.

11:57 a.m. – Fonner Street, Endicott. Deputy requested a case number.

3:48 p.m. – St John. Deputy received a report of a juvenile that didn’t come home after school. The juvenile was located at the school.

5:33 p.m. – North F Street; Albion City Park, Albion. Deputy responded to a report of a subject carrying a gun.

7:56 p.m. – South Grand Ave; Pullman. Deputy assisted CPS.

10:09 p.m. – West Walla Walla Highway; Colfax. Deputy received a report of a 911 hang up.

11:19 p.m. – Hofer Road; Colfax. Deputy received a report of two suspicious vehicles.
