Since the law went into effect requiring boards of directors to procure a United States flag and to display the same up on or near each public school building during school hours, there has been a number of circular letter sent to school boards pricing flags from three to twenty dollars.

Now I would like to see some uniformity in this matter as to the size, quality and price of the flags that are to be displayed up the public school house of Whitman county. It is not necessary that these flags be either large or costly. Many dist...
