Speed involved in Lamont crash

LAMONT – A 2017 Ford Explorer was found 170 yards from Rock Lake Road after crashing March 28.
Investigators deemed the SUV was moving fast when it occurred due to the distance it stopped from the road.
Driver Jocelyn Brown, 47, of St. John, was reported to have suffered possible head injuries, according to the Whitman County Sheriff’s Office. She was taken to a hospital.
Brown was not ticketed nor arrested.
