Kenneth D. Downing, 47, booked March 16 for three counts of assault in the second degree with sexual motivation, three counts of unlawful imprisonment, four counts of rape in the first degree, indecent liberties – using force, and two counts of burglary in the first degree. Bail $5 million.

Heather R. Stafford, 35, booked March 18 for identity theft in the first degree, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of stolen property in the third degree, make false statements to a public servant, and driving while license suspended in the third degree. Bail $25,000.

Darin R. Barry, 51, booked March 19 for assault in the second degree – domestic violence, assault in the third degree, interference with reporting domestic violence, two counts of unlawful imprisonment, two count of harassment with threats to kill, and malicious mischief in the second degree.
