Minor sent to hospital for overdose

COLFAX — An 18-year-old male was taken by ambulance to the Whitman Hospital after being found at a party in Colfax.

A Whitman County deputy responded to a report of trespassers having a party in a vacant apartment on East Golgotha Street on April 30 at 11:39 p.m., according to sheriff’s office records.

Four minors were having a party with alcohol without permission to be in the residence.

The 18-year-old was suspected to have had an overdose of alcohol and was taken to the hospital for treatment....
