COLFAX — The following individuals were sentenced in Whitman County District Court last week:

Dec. 18

• Nicholas Wagner, second-degree criminal trespassing, sentenced to 90 days in jail, 24 months of supervised probation and $1,000 fine, with both jail time and fine suspended. Wagner was ordered to pay a $300 probation fee and $43 conviction fee. He is prohibited from being inside Paul’s Place or being in contact with Cindy Dvorak and J.R. Staves. The court has reserved the requirement for a mental health evaluation or treatment.

• George Wise, driving under the influence, sentenced to 364 days in jail, 319 suspended. Fined $5,000, with $3,329.50 suspended. A $900 probation fee and $43 conviction fee were added to the fine.

Ignition interlock must be installed in vehicle. Sentenced to 60 months probation and is prohibited from drinking alcohol. Must complete an expanded alcohol assessment, attend a DUI victim impact panel and submit to random drug and alcohol testing. Driving privilege suspended for 900 days. Electronic home monitoring required for 90 days.
