Jason Wayne Oversby, 25, violation of a domestic violence protection order, sentenced to 364 days in jail, 362 days suspended, 2 days suspended upon successful completion of substance abuse treatment. Fees waived. Supervised probation for 12 months. May not use or possess any non-prescribed controlled substance. May not have contact with Charleen Joyce Porter.

Bobby John Charles Robbins, 35, fourth-degree assault, sentenced deferred 24 months, with 364 days in jail, 358 days suspended. Fine of $1,000, with $1,000 suspended. Court costs of $43 conviction fee, $300 probation/monitoring fee and $250 public defender recoupment. Supervised probation for 24 months. May not possess or use alcohol or marijuana.
