Threatens office decorations

PULLMAN – A man called Pullman Police about 1:30 a.m. June 4, threatening to go to the police department to arrest officers and spray paint flowers on the station. The man has a history of interaction with the police and it is not believed that his threats were linked to current protests.

The threats were not fulfilled....
