Sugarbaker, Dominic, found guilty of driving under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration of .14. The defendant was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 363 suspended. Ordered to pay fines and fees of $1,643.

Ogawa, Kyrra, found guilty of third degree theft. The defendant was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 176 suspended. Four days of jail time could be converted to 50 hours of community service to be completed by Sept. 30, 2020. Ordered to pay $1,088.31 in fines and fees including restitution to Walmart of $70.31.

Truean, Anne, found guilty of negligent driving first degree. The defendant was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 suspended. Ordered to pay $1,384.70 in fines and fees and was given the option to perform community service in lieu of $500.

Hensley, Cole, was found guilty of third degree theft. The defendant was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 suspended. One day of jail time could be converted to 12 hours of community service. Ordered to pay $751.51 in fines and fees including restitution to Walmart of $58.51.
