Noel enters pleas on two charges

Ashley Green Noel, Pullman resident who has been charged in three separate felony cases, entered pleas of guilty in two of them Friday morning in Whitman County Superior court. She entered the pleas under a plea bargain agreement which called for the state to drop charges in the third case.

Green Noel pleaded guilty to a charge of trafficking stolen property and to a charge of possession of heroin.

The trafficking charged alleged she sold jewelry which had been reported missing in area burglaries which were committed by Brandon Smith.
