Whitman County, Washington is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Whitman County with the opportunity to purchase aggregate.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The CONTRACTOR shall provide Whitman County with the oppo11unity to purchase aggregate. Aggregate shall be stored at the Commercial Source site but hauled to project or maintenance site locations by Whitman County forces

SUBMITTAL: Submittals should include firm name, contact information, name of Principal-in-Charge and project manager, firm and personnel qualifications. Now therefore & lt; be it ordained by the council of the Town of LaCrosse, Washington: Section 1. The following accounts contained in the 2019 budget are hereby amended as set forth below:

Section 3. The budget for the year 2019 is amended to provide for the changes outlined above, and a

complete copy of the amended budget of the town is filed in the office of the Town Clerk.

Section 4. The Town Clerk is hereby directed to transmit this supplement budget to the State Auditor’s

Office and to the Association of Washington Cities.

Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective after its passage by the Council, approval, and publication as required by law. PASSED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LACROSSE at a regular meeting thereof this 13th day of June, 2019.
