Wheatland Inn adds more wheat

The Best Western Wheatland Inn in Colfax will host an open house May 7 from 1 to 3 p.m. following a two year remodel. More than $300,000 went into remodeling every room with new tile, carpet, furnishings, art and more. Accents of wheat have been added where possible to accentuate the "wheat" in Wheatland.

The remodel also pays homage to the hotel's best customers.
