Hospital to sell neighboring house

Whitman Hospital has put the former McGraw house up for sale for $8,500. The buyer will be required to move the house off the grounds.

The house is located south of the medical center building. The house includes four bedrooms and two baths. Total square footage is 1,376.

The hospital is also accepting offers on a garage and three outbuildings which are also required to be moved from the site.

The former residence of Colfax veterinarian Randy McGraw, the house was acquired by the hospital district as part of a purchase to expand parking space for the clinic.
