Practice sessions begin for seven DYW entrants

Practice sessions have begun for the Distinguished Young Woman of Colfax and LaCrosse. The program will be Saturday, March 16, at 7 p.m. in the Colfax High school auditorium. Tickets are $9 each and can be purchased from the young women competing or at the door.

DYW nationals have changed the rules to allow exchange students to participate for the experience. They will not, however, be eligible to win the title or any scholarship awards.
