Shriners support fair livestock sale

Whitman County Shriners supported the Palouse Empire Junior Livestock sale with $2,998 in purchases. The Shriners use proceeds from their fair food booth and raffle ticket sales to generate the revenue which they use to support purchases in the Saturday sale.

Shrine members support by attending the sale and bidding on animals during the event, according to Jeff Wood of Malden, president of the club.
