Garfield veterans program will be Nov. 9

Garfield-Palouse Veterans Day program will be Nov. 9 at 9:30 a.m. in the Middle School Gym in Garfield. The Garfield Banner Singers and Garfield-Palouse-Oakesdale Singers will perform. Soloist will be Danny Laughary.

G. Raymond McCown from the local American Legion Post will be on the program. Veterans will be introduced and a Patriot’s Pen Award Presentation will be made.

Keynote speaker will be Air Force Col. (retired) Douglas B. Salmon.

A reception for veterans and guests will be in the gymnasium....
