Drug suspects arrested at Tekoa, Oakesdale

Packaged methamphetamine and heroin valued at more than $2,000 was found in an early Saturday morning search of a residence in Tekoa, according to a report from Sheriff Brett Myers.

Sheriff Myers reported they had received information from Coeur d’Alene Tribal Police earlier Saturday about possible drug trafficking at a location in Tekoa. Officers obtained a warrant to search an apartment at the Wheatland Arms in the 300 block of Alder Street in Tekoa.
