Horse injured on 195

A horse which was being towed in a trailer on Highway 195 near the state line south of Uniontown sustained minor leg injuries in an accident early March 2 . The driver of the 2000 GMC Sierra pickup truck was not injured.

According to the report by Trooper Rob Aucutt, Barbara Davis, Clarkston, was driving the pickup northbound at 10:45 a.m. in snowing conditions and lost control when the truck hit a snow drift. The pickup rolled on its top in the northbound ditch, but the horse trailer remained upright.
