Cow moose makes stop at Lien property

Jack and Barbara Lien, Colfax, report every couple of years they seem to have a cow moose visit their home along Highway 272 for several days. A couple weeks ago this animal hung out at the farm and even helped to do a little yard work by eating the apples that had fallen on the lawn. After eating all the apples and peeling the leaves from the trees, she moved on....
