Steptoe veterans program set

Steptoe grade school Veteran’s Day program will be Thursday, Nov. 9, at 10:30 a.m. in the gym, featuring songs, student speeches and acknowledging veterans. The annual event is organized by Steptoe students, grades K-8, advised by Mrs. Sheer.

Also, a collection of approximately 100 uniforms from World War I will be on display, along with helmets and other items.
