Riders make stop in Endicott

Endicott

Trinity Lutheran Church hosted 50 bicyclists and crew coming from Seattle on their way to Spokane, June 24 and 25. They represent World Relief of Seattle. The bicyclists slept in the church and on the church lawn.

They left for Spokane at 7 a.m. Sunday morning. Jenny Meyer, Endicott Food Center, fed them dinner Saturday night and breakfast on Sunday morning.

Community Bible Church will host Dogs in the Park on the first and third Wednesdays in July and August, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the community park at Church and Margin. Hot dogs, corn dogs (regular and gluten free), nachos, and chips will be served. The meal is free, but donations are gladly accepted.

July 4th in Endicott: The Endicott Community Club, Endicott Parks and Recreation and the firework crew are busy getting the town ready for the celebration. It will be a great day, starting at 3 p.m. with a variety of activities. There will be a food booth, a dunk booth and a pie booth. The swimming pool will be open, entertainment and games will be provided including a kiddie parade and, of course, the fireworks display.
